ABOUT US

To sit still is really not our thing (which you can see in the picture). We have worked very hard to create our dream block here in The Old Town with four small restaurants that together satisfy all our (almost) gastronomic lusts. These restaurants are:

Djuret

A dynamic, welcoming, eat the whole beast-meat restaurant with delicious, honest and genuine food from the best and tastiest animals that we can get our hands on. This combined with a gigantic, stuffed wine cellar which today is bigger than the restaurant.

Pubologi

A, in Sweden never before seen, gastronomic, social and entertaining gastropub interpretation. It is simply a new kind of gastropub which is a product of our Southern European inheritance, our Fine Dining history, and our love for good food, good beverages and good acquaintances.

Power Fine Dining. Only the best produce and wines that we can find without any compromises. As the name suggests this restaurant is only open 12 times per year and it only has 8 seats. Why? Because we can and because Fine Dining is fun but not to often.

Svinet

Our summer restaurant in the heart of The Old Town. An outdoor garden grill in our courtyard which is 100 % about charcoal grilled pig. This is very much like a dinner in our own garden.
